STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE CRUNCH CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Ingredients

Dough:

275 g (1 1/4 spoonfuls) crumbled graham crackers
55 mL (4 tablespoons) melted butter or margarine
50 g (1/4 spoonful) sugar.

Topping:

325 g (1 spoonful) cottage cheese in a jar
250 g (1 spoonful) sugar
3 eggs
250 g (1 spoonful) sour cream.

Strawberry glaze:

50 ml (1/4 spoonful) strawberry jelly
15 mL (1 tablespoon) water
500 g (2 spoonfuls) fresh strawberries, cleaned and cut into thin slices
